About Phillipa

After completing degrees in Media and Communication and Human Nutrition, Phillipa followed her love and passion for food and baking and completed a Cert III in patisserie at Le Cordon Bleu in Melbourne.

 Following graduation, Phillipa has worked as a Pastry Chef at Pt Leo Estate & Laura in Merricks, Mornington Peninsula and at Millstone Patisserie in Malvern.

Today, Phillipa works with private customers along with select businesses to create custom cakes, desserts, baked products, grazing feasts and more.
